The website was a little confusing, so I ordered the bars, but not the bottom ones for my bike. However, the customer service team were very helpful and sorted out the problem. I had a little bit of damage to my bars too that was caused by the shipping handling. I was surprised by that as the bars were well wrapped, so someone loaded something heavy on top of the package to do that. No fault of pazoma, but they discontinued my second order as compensation. Overall very happy with the outcome and the product.
