As you know, when the seat is taller than the person sitting on it, we will feel uncomfortable and the harness falling off occasionally. It is annoying and we can’t focus on our riding.

With a template to guide you, follow the template and measurements. Don't rush, measure twice, and cut once! Once you trace your outline use the cutting bit to cut the plastic away.
Clear this section of foam. Be careful with this step! Do not allow the foam to pull from beyond the borders of your cut out.
Take notice of the clips and how they connect on each pass through. Once these are lined up, click the two pieces together

The template was not to scale you can trace and use a Dremmel to cut plastic.
