I have not received it. How can I review a product that has not arrived.

Never Received

I ordered this item on November 16, 2020 and waited over a month for it to arrive. On November 21, 2020 I was emailed the company to enquire where my item is. All I get is a tracking website for 17Track delivery and still no answers. Then on December 20, 2020 I find that the item was delivered to a Houston Texas address. My confirmation shows that my address in Arizona was properly listed on the confirmation of the order. Don't use this company!! They don't answer you back, they can't seem to read the correct shipping address and to date, I have heard nothing on sending the item to the correct address or refunding the my money. Don't risk it! If I cauld clisk on NO stars, I would.
