The plate is well shaped, well cut and well coated. It seems reasonably robust as I've already bottomed it out on things, and it has held up just fine.

The rear brackets were about 1/8" too short to fit. Well, unless you're willing to bend the skid plate around the frame rails, which I was not. I slotted the holes and then it fit with the plate just clearing the frame rails. This is the reason it got 4 stars not 5.

I installed it on my Heritage, which is does not fit, as Pazoma clearly states. My Heritage also has the front crash bar, making it even more interesting to fit. But, cutting off the front mounting tabs, narrowing the front upright a little, and a home made front bracket, it is now installed. The big Heritage front fender does indeed clear the front upright of the skid plate, even when bottomed out. I did ultimately zip tie the front upright back about 3/4 of an inch, just for a little peace of mind.

It will be a minor pain in the butt come oil changes, as it has to be removed for that. But that's the only time I can see needing to fuss with it. I can live with that.
