The boxes are beautifully finished and appear to be very solidly made. The mounting hardware was easy to install and fit perfectly. I have used the luggage set on one trip so far and it is amazing how much it holds. I cycled through some extended periods of heavy rain but the contents inside the boxes remained dry. The single key operation is a great thing too. All in all, I am very pleased!
I placed the order on March 3rd and have gotten the run around ever since. I haven't received the bags OR a refund for them, so I've essentially been robbed/scammed.

Everything‘s great except I didn’t get the spacers that go between the top box and the mounting plate. Not sure if they’re rubber or what size they are. Maybe if you could let me know I could pick some up at a local store. Please let me know what type of material the spacers are made out of and what size they are other than that I think everything‘s great.
